If an error occurs during ingestion (e.g., corrupted files, encrypted files, or native files that exceed 1,000 pages), the document will always get ingested into DISCO. However, when viewing the document in DISCO, an error message will appear where the document is normally rendered as a PDF.
To review and download the error "exceptions" report, go into the Admin "hamburger" menu > Reports > Ingest Reports. Check the box "SHOW ONLY ERRORS" to download the exception report (what went wrong). Or, click the blue "Download" button to see all documents ingested, including the errors.
See attached DISCO Supported File Types for reference. All document types not listed here will be available in DISCO for tagging, native production, and downloading, but will not be imaged or have search text extracted.
