Downloading a search results index (Legacy databases)


The search results index is an Excel report that shows all metadata for each document in the search results (one row per document). The generated spreadsheet includes the following metadata:

Create Date Last Modified Send Date Path FileName
Author Page Count File Length Doc Extension Dedupe Hash
to from cc bcc Recipients
Subject BatesNumbers Tags Folders Document Notes

Fields in Search Results Index Reports

You have the ability to also export DISCO Fields in Search Results Index Reports. Furthermore, these reports are private, limiting users who don't have access to certain fields from downloading them from the Reports page.
