Deactivation - How do we start he process of destroying all document in DISCO?

Question: Our case has come to a close and pursuant to our protective order, we need to destroy all documents marked confidential or highly confidential. Is there something specific I need to do in order to start this process?


Answer: If you would like to remove data from DISCO, in total or in part, please contact DISCO Support. If you would like to archive your data, refer to How to Archive Your Database. It is important to archive your database before contacting DISCO to remove the matter, as once the matter has been taken down, you will no longer have access to any of the contents.   


Note: If your matter has not closed, and if you have completed any work on the documents in question (such as applying tags, redactions or review notes, or including the documents in a production), we strongly recommend keeping those documents in the database, as any work is lost when a matter is permanently removed from DISCO.
