There is a way for you to change the current document image within DISCO, but you can work with support to create a new image. Support will "overlay" the new image into the existing record. Note, the native document will still contain all of the original pages.
To have an overlay done, complete the following steps:
- Submit a ticket with DISCO. Provide the DISCO ID of the document to be updated and let us know what changes need to be made to the image or attach a replacement image to your ticket.
- DISCO will complete an image overlay. Once the work is complete, we will email you with a confirmation. You may need to clear your cache and refresh your browser to see the changes.
