- Make sure your data is less than 10GB in total size.
- Make sure to add all of your documents into a folder and ZIP/compress the folder.
- Make sure you have not included a loadfile in your folder.
- Try using a different browser.
- Check to see if your documents have already ingested. Navigate to the Admin menu > Reports > Ingest sessions. Here you will see what ingest sessions have started, are running or are complete.
- Only run one ingest sessions at a time. Navigate to the Admin menu > Reports > 7. Ingest sessions to make sure your previous sessions has completed before you begin another session.
- Instead of uploading in multiple sessions, add all of your documents into one folder and ingest once.
- If you are uploading more than 10GB of data, contact email@example.com to discuss your options for the fastest uploading experience.
