How To Download Your FTP Client And Transfer Your Data

Need to download an FTP client? You have two to choose from: WinSCP - or - FileZilla. Please read the guidelines below to get started.

WinSCP

Here are your FTP credentials:

protocol: SFTP
hostname: ftp.review.csdisco.com
port: 22 
username: provided by Technical Team Associate 
password: provided by Technical Team Associate

To connect to our server, you will need to download and install an FTP client. We recommend that you use WinSCP (if on Windows):

This will begin the download for the client. Once downloaded, just unzip and double click the `WinSCP.exe` icon to open the program. Once WinSCP is started, just fill in the connection information above to connect to our server. Once connected, you can simply drag-and-drop the data over to upload as pictured below [drag from section 1 and drop into section 2. You may watch the progress of the transfer in section 3.].

Judging on your internet connection, this process could take a few hours. Once the data is uploaded, you can let us know by contacting the Technical Team Associate you have been working with to set up your new database - OR- contact support@csdisco.com

FileZilla

Here are your FTP credentials:

To connect to our server, you will need to download and install an FTP client. We recommend that you use FileZilla:

We recommend choosing the 'Download Filezilla Client' for All Platforms. Once downloaded, open FileZilla and fill in the connection information above to connect to our server. Once connected, you can simply drag-and-drop the data over to upload as pictured below [drag from section 1 and drop into section 2. You may watch the progress of the transfer in section 3.].

Judging on your internet connection, this process could take a couple hours. Once the data is uploaded, you can let us know by contacting the Technical Team Associate you have been working with to set up your new database - OR- contact support@csdisco.com
