Q: How to troubleshoot uploading natives into DISCO directly from your browser emails.

  1. Make sure your data is less than 10GB in total size.
  2. Make sure to add all of your documents into a folder and ZIP/compress the folder.
  3. Make sure you have not included a loadfile in your folder.
  4. Try using a different browser.
  5. Check to see if your documents have already ingested. Navigate to the Admin menu > Reports > Ingest sessions. Here you will see what ingest sessions have started, are running or are complete.
  6. Only run one ingest sessions at a time. Navigate to the Admin menu > Reports > 7. Ingest sessions to make sure your previous sessions has completed before you begin another session.
  7. Instead of uploading in multiple sessions, add all of your documents into one folder and ingest once.
  8. If you are uploading more than 10GB of data, contact support@csdisco.com to discuss your options for the fastest uploading experience.
