Document-level Bates numbering
We have improved our production settings to meet the standards of the international market. Choose between page or document-level numbering, with the added document-level option of including a possible page suffix. Save your settings as default and replicate them from past productions to guarantee a smooth experience. All new databases created after December 2nd, 2024 will automatically get this feature. It can be enabled on existing databases by submitting a request to the DISCO team.
Custom coding panel In doc viewer
Replicate custom coding panels in the document viewer to enable partners and experienced reviewers, while preserving existing review stage workflows.
Resource hub
The resource hub is a new addition to the DISCO Ediscovery drop down menu that allows you to access critical resources that live outside the platform from a single place. Add any external links you want, organize the order they show up on the menu, and even control which users have access to each link.
Redesigned reporting
The reporting functionality in DISCO Hold has been enhanced for improved clarity and ease of use. Users will now be able to download default Standard Reports in just two clicks, and easily apply modifications to create Custom Reports.
Additional Improvements:
- Data ingest improvements: With the updated ingest wizards, you can now create and assign folders on the fly without needing to restart the ingest process.
- Improved tag description ordering in Cecilia Auto Review panel: Tag descriptions from Cecilia Auto Review jobs will now appear in the order they were submitted in the UI (and the LLM) instead of alphabetically.
- Cecilia Auto Review permission enhancements: In the Review Stages section, the permission toggle for the Cecilia tag suggestion details (previously called suggested tag details) is now available in the review decisions panel.Enabling or disabling this permission will immediately display a preview of the changes in the review decision panel, allowing users to see how it will affect the interface.
