We’ve made limiting your users’ abilities to view and edit documents in the review database easy with new document permission options. You can restrict documents based on tags, folder, custodians, Bates numbers, and processing status. You can use this function to:
- Ensure outside parties, like expert witnesses, only see the documents that are relevant to their review
- Limit what contract reviewers can see and edit
- Reduce confusion and clutter by limiting certain reviewers and co-counsel to their assigned documents
- Lock editing of documents that have already been produced
...and much more! The document permission settings allow you to create simple or complex rules to meet your needs.
