Deleting pages of an image

To delete pages of an image in DISCO, you need to submit a Support ticket. Our Support team will delete the old image and overlay a new image onto the document. The native document will still contain all of the original pages.

To have a document's image changed:

  1. Submit a ticket to DISCO. Be sure to include the document's DISCO ID and detail exactly what changes need to be made to the image. If a new image needs to be added, attach the new image to the ticket.
  2. DISCO will make the change.
  3. Once the change is complete, we will send you a confirmation email. You may have to clear your cache and refresh your browser to see any changes.
