Creating an exhibit set:
- Search for the relevant documents, and select some or all of the documents using the checkbox on the left
2. On the search results screen, click the Add to exhibit set icon. Create a new set or add your documents to an existing set.
3. In the main menu, click Exhibit Sets.
4. In the exhibit set details, click Open.
5. Click Change to review and rearrange the order of the documents to make sure they are correct, or drag the documents using the handle to the left to drag and drop the documents in your desired order.
6. (Optional) Add a label or a title/description to each exhibit. The label and title/description will appear on the index and cover sheet when downloaded.
7. The version used in the exhibit set (Original or produced/Bates-stamped version) You can also select whether to include child documents by clicking the toggle below the dropdown.
8. Clicking the copy button will duplicate a given exhibit (along with the title/description), allowing you to easily add multiple of the same exhibits in a given exhibit set.
9. When you are finished making your configurations, click Create New Download.
Downloading an exhibit set:
- A few options to note on the "Create New Download" page:
- How should we output the documents? – If you’re planning on making hard copies or simply want all exhibits outputted into a single PDF, select All documents together.
- Cover Sheets – DISCO recommends selecting Include with title and description.
- Index – DISCO recommends selecting Include index and Include titles/descriptions.
- Click Create to begin your download. A notification will be created once the download has completed.
- You can access your exhibit set download from the main Exhibit Sets page and clicking Download along with the ability to access older exhibit set downloads
Restrictions
- You can add up to 1,000 documents at a time to an exhibit set
- Documents in ECA cannot be added to an exhibit set
