Searching by custodian

Custodian, most often the original owner of the data, is easily searched in DISCO by using the search field "custodian()". For example:

  • custodian("Ken Lay")
  • custodian("Enron Inc.")

Some DISCO users will ingest documents using the custodian to organize data, such as naming the custodian after a RFP or date of production. The custodian is determined when you submit your New Data Form.
