Export filter counts and aggregations to easily share critical search and review statistics with your team, including non-DISCO users.
For example, exporting email domains or participants to inform a privilege or relevance list. If 1 domain has 10,000 hits, counsel can easily determine if this is a third-party email marketing account to exclude.

To export the filters report:
- From the doc list, select the documents you want for your report. You can narrow the doc list with a search or filter, and then select all documents
- Click the export filters report icon in the mass action row - it looks like the filter funnel
- A menu will open from the right, with a list of filter categories you can select for your report
- Click the “Generate” button at the bottom of the sidesheet
Data is delivered in .csv file format to support further refinement of the report in Excel.
Filter categories supported:
- Tags
- Folders
- Productions
- Bates prefixes
- Document types
- Email domains
- Email participants
- Email senders (From)
- Email recipients (To, Cc, Bcc)
- Chat participants
- Custodians
If there are a large number of documents, it may take a few minutes for the report to be generated. You can wait for the report to be generated, or download the file later from the Reports page. You will receive a notification when it is ready to download.
Any export filters report you create is only accessible to you. This prevents other users from accessing information they may not have permission to access. You can share the downloaded report file.
