Finding an attachment

In DISCO, an attachment is either an attachment to a parent email, or a document embedded in another (such as an Excel spreadsheet embedded in a PowerPoint presentation).

To view a document's children (attachments):

1. In the document viewer, open the RELATED DOCUMENTS section.
2. Click the Family dropdown to display all the document's attachments, sorted by sent date from earliest to most recent.
   
   In this example, the current document is an email with six attachments. The details for each attachment include the filename, custodian, created and last modified dates, and the name of the parent document. 
3. Click an attachment name to view the document in the viewer. You can also use the SHIFT+ up/down keyboard shortcut to navigate to the next or previous document.
