Use the jumper feature to quickly navigate global highlights, search terms, or redactions in a document. Each unique hit contributes to the overall total hits displayed at the top of the dialog box. Individual counts for global highlights, searches, and redactions are displayed below and the reviewer has the option to toggle on/off a subset of items to navigate. Steps for using the jumper are described below.
Jumping search terms
- Enter a search query.
- (Optional) Add redactions or global highlights.
- Open a document.
- Use the back and forward arrows to move through the hits.
- Expand the jumper to display the number of search hits, global highlights, and redactions.
- You can customize which items you want to jump through by toggling on/off Search hits, Global highlights, and Redactions.
Jumping global highlights
- Add term and global highlighting.
- (Optional) Enter a search query and/or add redactions.
- Open a document.
- Use the back and forward arrows to move through the hits.
- Expand the jumper to display the number of search hits, global highlights, and redactions.
- You can customize which items you want to jump through by toggling on/off Search hits, Global highlights, and Redactions.
- You can also customize which specific global highlights you would like to jump through by expanding the global highlights category.
