Email message ID	Email Fields	A unique ID for email messages.
Email received date	Email Fields	The date an email or calendar item was received.
Email received time	Email Fields	The time an email or calendar item was received.
Email sender (From)	Email Fields	The sender of an email.
Email sent date	Email Fields	The date an email or calendar item was sent.

File author	File Properties	The person who created the file. A file can have one or no author.
File company	File Properties	Available company information extracted from MS Office and PDF documents.

File extension	File Properties	The file extension of the native file.
File last accessed date	File Properties	The date the file was last accessed.

File last author	File Properties	Last saved by field value extracted from metadata of a native file.
File last modified date	File Properties	The date changes were last made to a file.
File last modified time	File Properties	The time changes were last made to a file.
File last printed date	File Properties	The date the file was last printed.

File name of each attachment	Production specific	List of filenames of all attachments, delimited by ";" when the field has multiple values.

File size	File Properties	A file's size in bytes.
File title	File Properties	Available title information extracted from MS Office and PDF documents.
MD5 hash	File Properties	Document MD5 hash value (used for deduplication or other processing).
Normalized time zone	Production specific	The time zone in which all dates and times are presented in the production.
Page count	File Properties	The number of pages in a document.
Path to native file	Production specific	Path to native file.
Path to text file	Production specific	Path to extracted text or OCR.
SHA1 hash	File Properties	Document SHA1 hash value.
Starting Bates	Production specific	The beginning Bates number of the production.
Starting Bates of each attachment	Production specific	The first Bates number of each attachment, separated by a semicolon.

Volume	Production specific	The volume label of the production currently being created. DISCO automatically increments the volume number using the production’s starting volume label.

Appointment duration	Calendar Event Fields	Duration of calendar event, expressed in hours. For example, a 30-minute appointment is “0.5”.
Appointment end date	Calendar Event Fields	The end date of a calendar appointment. This field is populated for .msg files with a MAPI Message Class property of "Appointment".
Appointment end date & time	Calendar Event Fields	The end date and time of a calendar appointment. This field is populated for .msg files with a MAPI Message Class property of "Appointment".
Appointment end time	Calendar Event Fields	The end time of a calendar appointment. This field is populated for .msg files with a MAPI Message Class property of "Appointment".

Billing size (in GBs)	Ingests	Provides the size of the document at ingest for DISCO’s billing purposes.
Conversation count	Document Relationships	The number of emails in an email conversation.
Conversation date	Document Relationships	The date the email conversation started.
Conversation date & time	Document Relationships	The date and time the email conversation started.
Conversation index	Document Relationships	A unique identifier for the email conversation that is extracted from the email header.
Conversation time	Document Relationships	The time the email conversation started.
Custom metadata	Custom Metadata	Custom metadata that a user can ingest or overlay. This field returns a list of the field names of custom metadata fields that have any value.
DISCO date	Dates & Times	This field is the send date of emails and the last modified date of all other document types.

Family date	Document Relationships	The date of the parent document. For emails this will be the date sent and for non-emails it is the date last modified.

Hashes (SHA1, MD5, etc.)	File Properties	A list of all hashes associated with a document.
Hidden content	Hidden Content	A list of the types of any hidden content found in a file, such as comments, revisions, macros, or hidden sheets.
Ingest session	Ingests	The automatically created ID of the ingest session.
Is a family head	Document Relationships	Whether a document has attachments and is the highest parent in a given document family. This applies to emails or documents with embedded objects.
Is a loose document	Document Relationships	A document is loose if it does not have a parent or a child. The value of this field can be Yes or No.
Is an attachment	Document Relationships	Whether a document is an attachment to an email. The value of this field can be Yes or No.
Is an inclusive email	Document Relationships	Whether an email includes all of the other communications in the thread. The value of this field can be Yes or No.
Is part of a conversation	Document Relationships	Whether an email is part of an email thread. The value of this field can be Yes or No.
Is part of a family	Document Relationships	Whether the email or file is part of a family, meaning it has attachments or is an attachment to an email. The value of this field can be Yes or No.
Is part of a production from this database	Productions	Whether the email or file has previously been produced from this DISCO database. The value of this field can be Yes or No.
Languages	Languages	The languages used in the file or email, including the relative percentages of each language used.
Meeting duration	Calendar Event Fields	The duration of a meeting in hours. This field is specific to .ics files.
Meeting end date	Calendar Event Fields	The date that a meeting ends. This field is specific to .ics files, as well as .msg files with a MAPI Message Class property of "Schedule".
Meeting end date & time	Calendar Event Fields	The date and time that a meeting ends. This field is specific to .ics files, as well as .msg files with a MAPI Message Class property of "Schedule".

Object hash	File Properties	The logical hash used by processing to determine exact duplicates, irrespective of their family relationships.
Parent ID	Document Relationships	A unique identifier for the parent email.
Predicted tags	Tags	The tag names that DISCO AI predicts along with DISCO’s numerical scores (representing the predicted tag’s likelihood) for a document. (See Article: Using DISCO AI tag predictions.)
Primary custodian	Production specific	Owner of documents collected. The “Custodians” field contains both the “Primary custodian” and “Additional custodians” fields, separated by “;”.
Primary language	Languages	The primary language used in the the document or email.
Privilege note	Notes	The contents of the DISCO Privilege Note field.
Processing details	Ingests	Details from the document’s ingest session into DISCO. Processing details describe why an ingested file received its processing status.
Processing status	Ingests	Whether the document has processed into DISCO successfully. The value of this field can be Success, Failure, or Partial.
Productions	Productions	List of past productions names in which this document appears.
Record type	Production specific	The record type, such as Edoc, Edoc attachment, email, email attachment, hard copy, or calendar appt.
Redaction locations	Redactions	A list of metadata fields on which a metadata redaction has been placed for that document.
Redaction reasons	Redactions	The Redaction Reasons applied to a redaction in DISCO.
Reference ID	Production specific	Optional field that can be used to uniquely order documents.
Revision count	Hidden Content	Count of revisions extracted from metadata of native file.
Revision number	File Properties	Revision number is the number of times the document has been saved from the file’s properties. For example, Word documents will generally have a revision number.
Similar document count	Document Relationships	The number of documents that are considered similar to the current document, including the current document. (Article: Similar documents.)
Tag count	Tags	The number of tags applied to the document.
Tagged by	Tags	The names of reviewers who have tagged the document, followed by the email address each uses to log in to DISCO.
Tagged dates & times	Tags	The dates and times that a document was tagged.
Tags	Tags	A list of the tags applied to the document.
